Multiple Back End Golang Engineer Roles (Mid & Senior)

We’re currently working with a Global Tech Product Company who are scaling their tech team and hiring multiple Golang and Platform Engineers.

To be considered, you must have hands-on experience in building complex software systems with Golang and ideally some production experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.

Positions may also be open to engineers who have a strong background working with Java or Python and have experimented or worked with Golang recently.

You will be given the opportunity to:

• Design, architect and build a wide range of interesting & challenging features
• Build and maintain high-performance, scalable services in various languages (Golang, Python, JavaScript etc)
• Contribute to a future-ready, high quality and performant code base
• Share technical ideas and solutions through best practice rituals such as design and code reviews
• Practice and preach best-practice engineering standards and processes

Experience working in a start-up or scaling product company is a huge plus but if you're an Engineer who is sick of red tape and want a role where you can truly make an impact, this is the place for you!

Skills required include:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in building complex software systems
• Ideally at least 1+ years of commercial experience with Golang in production
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL Databases

Bonus Skills:

• MicroServices
• JavaScript
• Python
• High-traffic web applications and/or distributed services
• AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Machine Learning, Data Algorithms or IOT
